If you know someone that is suffering from depression there are some things you can do to help that person that is suffering. Try to talk to the person and talk about what's bothering them. Talking about something that I'd bottled up inside can help with alot of stress. You can also try to take there mode off something by inviting the person to a event or go out and just have fun. Let them know you care and spend quality time with them. Let them know there are doctors that can help and possibly prescribe depression medication for there depression. Make them feel loved and wanted this helps change the mood of depressed individual. It's important to remember these things to help someone is a good feeling.

It is difficult, almost impossible to help those who are really depressed. Those who are under secere depression can only be helped through a very efficient psychological consultant or through spiritual meditation. As far as we ordinary people are concerned, it is possible for us to help only those who are facin gpetty problems in life.

This is some of the fakest bull I've ever read. No one reads How To's on how to "help" somebody. It's human nature. This is just like reading a How To on making friends, et cetera.
