I just joined today as well. I think you really want to get a lot of referrals. Then you want to make sure that a lot of the pics you would have had on other sites are coming from ShareAPic so if they are seen on myspace or facebook or whatever that you get credit for the views. You would really need a lot of views on your own account to make much. You get 10% of the earnings from each referral you get. So if you get a lot of referrals then it starts to add up.

I joined this site a long time ago but i don't get many views I am not sure what one has to do, maybe just have a huge volume of pics which will draw more people in to browse around once they fget into your collection, not sure.
