Well hello everyone I haven't been on here in a long time. thought i say hello to you all and start a discussion about the work place.
I thought I was going to loose my job about a month ago, because I wasn't meeting the company production, I have to make a certain amount of money a month. well i was told that if i didn't hit bonus they was going to fire me. well I had to see the big boss. and I was blessed to keep my job and moved to a new department. do your employer have certain productions you have to abide by?

Hello sweetcakes. We're glad to see you back. Hope you didn't lose your earnings while you were gone. That unfortunately happened to me. I hate it, but there wasn't really anything that I could do about it, since it was longer than 3 months before I signed in again.
I am not working right now, but I have been in the situation that you described. I was working at a retail store and we had to sell so much each week, or they would cut our hours. Luckily, my department was one that stayed pretty busy, as I worked in the children's clothing department. I know my friends that worked in shoes often had trouble meeting quotas.

Hello, and thanks for your response.
sorry your not working at the moment, was that by choice or were u laid off or something like that? It is very hard to meet quotas with the economy being the way it is but the boss don't see it that way. but thanks again for your response.

You are very lucky... many people are loosing their jobs. It is a good news. I never work with the products... but customer services

Hello, and thanks for your response to my post, yes thank GOD I got to keep my job, yes people are losing there jobs everyday and it is awful.
