I got an interview yesterday but I am depressed

A company called me last Friday and invited me to have an interview yesterday,so I went to there,it's a little far from the centre of the city.and it's very hard to find the location because I have never been to there.anyway I was 20 minutes late but that's ok,because the company is also recruiting other stuffs.it took me 1 hour to finish the paper test and the personal file,then HR lead me to a office,that's the department I applied for,a foreign Boss is there and there are other two girls work there.I am a little nervous because it's the first time to have a interview with a foreign Boss which means I have to speak English with him.I have not much experience.he gave me another 5 pages test paper,OMG,there are math problems and some other general tests,this took me another hour too.after lunch I finished the test and handed to the boss,he checked all the test papaers and asked some questions,good to know that when the interview began,I feel not too nervous and I handled it well,I think my English is not that bad LOL.things turned out really good becaue he likes me.and after we talked about 30 minutes,he said he decide to hire me,I was very exciting that time.didn't know what to say but just "thank you" Then I sit in the office and wait for the HR to be on duty because I have to talk with HR about other things,like salary,and so on. after the long wait,A girl named Lu lead me to HR who named Echo,Lu went to work and then just me and Echo,when we started to talk about the salary,I just took a shock,it's much lower than I expected.I argued with her,at first,it seems my words works because she told me she would apply from another boss,I waited for another 15 minutes and finally she showed up,she said the boss is not in office and she could only offer me that salary otherwise she will just hire someone else,how depressed I was at the time.when you was told to be hired but then you just found out that you can not take the job,alas,I am a little upsetting and I tell her I will give her a firm answer today. I like the boss and the other two collegues in his office,they are all easy going and helpful.but....anyway I have to think about my future and I think I will just pass.I will give him a call to thank him for giving me the offer,and also tell the HR my decision so they could find someone else soon.
