You can't use alertpay in mylot. Only paypal is accepted. :) You can get a paypal account for free. Paypal can transfer funds from your account directly to your bank account depending on what country you live in.

I'm from the Philippines too. From what I have heard and read on the internet, you can withdraw using the EON debit card. There's also a blog somewhere stating that you can withdraw using your BDO bank account. I can't find it anymore. I verified my paypal account using my BDO savings account. I haven't withdrawn any money yet as I haven't reached Php7000. Paypal charges a transfer fee for withdrawals below Php7000.
