when it comes to summer,i will felt very sleepy at noon,if i choose have a break,i will can't drop asleep in the night quickly.however, if i insist not to rest,the whole afternoon,i will fell in low spirits!so annoying!

No matter which season, when I am at home, I never feel sleepy in the day. But being out, it will be a contrary case.

In a contary matter,no matter any reason,I want to sleep in the middlenoon.It can give a good rest for sleeping within 45 minutes.
