Are there too many BBC channels now?

I do think they do need some of the TV channels such as BBC One and Two but Three and Four could be cancelled. It wouldn't make a difference I think. Same with radio programmes. BBC is closing down BBC language services for some of the worlds regions where the user base is decreasing. Understandable! But BBC World Service (radio) and BBC World News (TV) should remain active even tho the BBC World television channel deserves a new on-air-design such as the one on AlJazeera. They should collaborate in a way. That would be much easier as most of the world attention has shifted to the Asian/Arabic world anyway.
