What is your opinion on cohabit before marry?

Nowadays, So many young people are popular to cohabit before marry, somebody considered that if we cohabit first, we will go deep into understand each other, among period of cohabit, if we found that we are not suitable for each other, we can be apart in early time and maybe can escape from the unsuccessful marriage, it sounds goods for this society. but on the other hand, young people are lack of ability of self-control, they are easy to make a mistake just because their impulse and their curiosity. All in all, anything should have two sides.But if you, what is your opinion on this case, do you choose cohabit or not before marry?

I like the fact that you brought this up.. I have done both several times. What i liked most about not living with her: 1.) I didn't have to deal with her all the time. 2.) I could tell her to leave if we were having and argument. 3.) I never felt like I was trapt into something that i didn't want to do. Ohh and these are just some of the many things that i didn't like. I think that you can probably just reverse the comment VS. the other situation. Over all and all (HAHA), I actually like living with the ones that i did live with, it definitely gives you a good look at what marriage would be like instead of just jumping in to it.. I'm not sure what your views with your culture are like (being from China and All), but here in American we don't really have too many morals or specific guidelines to follow then, and if we do they are small and usually insignificant. I hope you got some sort of relief from this..:)

You are the guy who knows yourself exactly, and do anything with specific principle. Actually i am living with my boyfriend now, and get well along with each others. I hope we can remain this feeling unchanged after we married.
