late for work / late for school

I really don't like to be late for school, or anything like that. It really bugs me, if I'm late for a class, for work, or something like that. I'm not sure why, but it's just the way that I am. It's a preference. I just can't stand being late.

Depending on what occassion and how important is the occassion. If it is an important occassion, I will ensure that I reach there on time and most of the time I was even earlier. If it is a casual gathering, I will sometimes be late, like for a few minutes the most. I had never been late for school before. And I will also not be late for work.

I hate to be late and rushing for time so I usually will not be late and will try to be half and hour earlier for my appointment but of course I still will be late once in a while.

During my childhood days, I was always late for school. Really! And it pissed me off. No matter how early I wake up, I'm always late. But that was when I was younger. I'm mature now. I changed that attitude and forced myself to change for the better, or should I say 'best'. I was never late for school anymore.

I almost always arrive earlier than expected for school, for work, for meeting, for hang out, for whatever you can name. I just don't like others being late and thus I try not to be the cause of it. Actually, for me, it is from a higher cause. I want to keep my word and therefore if something is expected from me, I deliver it. I am expected to arrive at 9 and so, I keep my word and arrive no later.

i always make sure that i am 10 - 20 minutes earlier when i reach office or an appointment.. but sometimes there are unexpected situation that happens that is why i am late.. but i always make sure that i call the person i will meet and tell him / her that i will be late.. and sometimes if i will be late for 30 minutes or more i tell them to cancel the appointment.. for me it is better to cancel it than to let them wait too long.. but i always try to be on time despite my hectic schedules.. i hope your friends would think to change their attitude..

I always normaly reach work maybe 5/10mins late but I always make up the time by staying a bit later.

I hate to be late,. because when you are late for something you'll feel left behind of something.
