which things can stop you to chat with others?

there are many things that stop you chat with others. for example , if you are in exam, you don't chat with others. also if the teacher is teaching in the class. you also don't to chat with others. do you know others place or sometime cases you can't chat with others?

well for me when i am outdoors and spending quality times with my family.. sunday is the only day i can be with my family because the rest of the day is spent inside the four corners of the office.. and i can't chat when i have a deadline to meet..

i dont have any gl frd , when a person is talking to another & her gl frd came , talking in front of parents , when there is a group , many people hesitate to talk to single person. in bussiness meeting , there are many more places but this are enough to tell about them also.

When Im in the library I dont talk to others to remain silent and when Im reading a book. When Im eating I prefer not to talk. When Im doing something important that requires focus and detailed attention.
