Are grocery stores more prone to shop lifting?

Here this is a global phenomenon as grocery stores lay scattered their items as the miscreants fall traped to temptation to shop lift or say they are chronic vandals and often involve in such things everywhere!

Grocery stores get "shop lifted" all the time and some people don't even realize they are doing it -tasting grades to make sure they are fresh, sampling items that are not meant to be sampled.

i think these days, with the economy the way it is, any store that has small items can be prone to shop lifting. people are really struggling and i find that desperate people will do desperate things when they have to.
