I haven't been on mylot for awhile as I have been having some health issues. I smoked cigarettes for almost 29 years until one night I felt really sick, I was having pains in my heart area and my chest and I was severe nausea. I know then it was time to stop smoking. Well, I have been smoke-free for 6 weeks now. Everything smells better, my breathing is improving more everyday, my skin isn't dry. To get to the point, i put in a search for the ingredients in cigarettes and the results that came up was a real shocker. I saved the page. It isn't just tar and nicotine in that smoke! Please as a concerned person for people who smoke and say "It's hard to quit"! When i found out what i was smoking i was determined to never go back and still am. For the link to the page please pm me. You won't believe what you're reading but it's true from the cig companies themselves.

you should not stop it immediately... you have to lessen it first before stopping it totally... your body is used to having that smoke and drastic change might have some effects. believe me, it happened to me already.
