We all know breakfast is very important to our health and we had better have a lavish breakfast in the benefit of ourselves. However, many people are always in a rush in the morning and don't have much time for their breakfast, including me. Sometimes I get up too late and have to spare my breakfast because I don't want to be late for class. What about you? Do you have a lavish breakfast everyday or just eat something in a rush, or simply don't have breakfast at all? What do you usually have for your breakfast?

Yes I do.Many times,there is very time leave for me to have a breakfast.How can I handle this situation? First,just eat something in a rush,I remember once I spent about five minutes to "enjoy" my food. In addition,sometimes I miss the time and hurry to go to class, I will not eat breakfast.I am still a strdent and I think most of strdents face the same problem.There is a saying that body is a capital of revolution,maybe another saying.But indeed,health is very importment for all people,no matter what your work is.So pay more attention to our health please!

I do not have breakfast. I sleep really late at night so I wake up late for school or work most of the time. Thus, I do not have enough time to prepare my own breakfast, not to say eating them. T_T I will drink something sweet in the morning before I go out though. Like juices or yoghurt.

Sometimes I have to grab stuff in a hurry, but I try to make sure I get some breakfast in each day. I have a difficult time functioning otherwise.

Hi friend, I will staying at my house.I generally spend some time in taking my breakfast.I enjoy my breakfast time very much because i and my family members sit together and take our breakfast.There is no way to be rush for the breakfast and again at the dinner time we all sit together to eat.In this way we enjoy ourselves while eating.It is always good for health to eat slowly. really breakfast is really important for health but i always have bf in rush, becoz i don't have time to do breakfast properly..i need to go at work at 7:15am..so, u knw so, early so, i always miss ma breakfast...:-) some one rightly said: breakfast like a king. lunch like a normal person. dinner like a begger. fundda for good health:-)happy mulotting

i like breakfast idli, vada ,upma, dosh, iam very much enjoying eating so now iam in uk so mostly i will makse weekends and evening times my husband eat everyday cornflcks and sandwich so iam also with his i missing everyday breakfast

When I was still in college I rent an apartment so there no one to make breakfast for me. I just buy some bread and chocolate drink on my way to school. And I eat them on the way. Lolz. But sometimes I just skip it and eat after class.

I usually do not have enough time to have a breakfast at home so I come to the office and then I take my breakfast with sandwitches, juice, sometimes coffee or tea and with fruits also, it is very important to be having a breakfast in the morning and everyone should be looking forward to do not miss the breakfast.

i didn't have my breakfast in a rush,but i have my luch in a rush,i know we have dinner too fast will increase the burthen for our stomach,but it seemd that there are too much job are wating to me ,so i have to eat in a rush,but i would change the bad habit,after all ,health is most important.

With breakfast being the most important meal in our days and the most nutrition that we get I try my best to have something healthy and not one in a hurry. But if I am at work and I am trying to eat something it does get hectic as I might have a task that I have to finish. I usually eat yogurt and some fruit and once in a while I would treat myself to a muffin or some pastry But I do try my best to cut back from anything sugary,fattening and unhealthy and do also take a multi-vitamin afterward.
