How to put a Banner on Profile

HI. Everyone. I see alot of people have their banners on their profile page. I went to my profile and clicked edit. but I am lost on how to get some banners on my profile page. I would like to put some banners on the site I got paid from. If anyone can tell me how to add the banners, I would apprecitate it. Thanks to all that respondes. Have a great day to all.
