This is a very common question in the medical field today. I am a medical student And I can help you in this.
Eat a very lavish and a hefty meal for the breakfast!
That is the solution. I will tell you the reasons:
-When we have a large meal for the break fast, the satiety area in our brain activates. This leads to a feeling of fullness and happiness that you won't feel hungry again.
-If you eat less for breakfast, then your satiety centre is not active. It will demand your body for more food and you will always feel that you have to eat something.

I am very correct about the information I have and if you don't feel that this is correct, you can always refer to a doctor.
I am a medical student. So if you need any help, I would be glad to do it. Just send me a private message.

I need help too. I am a comfort food eater. When I was younger I would exercise to deal with the stress in life, now I eat. I am trying to get back into the exercise thing but it is kind of hard to change a habit you have lived with so long. I think that maybe if we both tried to gain control a little at a time it would help in the long run. I love food.
One of the things I am trying is to enjoy my food more. I know it sounds crazy but here is what I do. First I start the meal with a glass of water, and a big glass. Then as I sit I enjoy the food. I make sure I get a good taste of each bite. It takes me longer to eat and so I go for seconds less. I eat for 20 minutes and if I am still hungry I wait 20 and try to keep busy to see if it is going away. I know most of my hunger is in my head so I am trying to get it dealt with there. Its hard but Im working on baby steps so it is no longer something I need to thing about but rather a habit or a way of eating.
