i was a professional runner only a year ago, when i quit the team i told myself i would still run for fun or just for myself and my fitness...i rarely run now though,i got too busy with work to run,i still excercise though...but i rarely have time to run...and when i have time,i don't have the energy..and i am starting to have really poor endurance for jogging long distances or for a long time

I have not ran in a very long time. I have gained weight and it is very unconfortable to run, especially in the upper area. I need to walk more on my treadmill though.

I don't run as much as I should do so but I mostly am on my feet at work and I'm walking from one location to the other so I am getting some exercise and I am not always sitting down which is great because I have gained a little bit of weight. Can anyone suggest any exercise routines that can be done alongside running I would be grateful to hear.
