Miley Cyrus is being considered for Footloose

EWWW! lol im so sick of Miley! I worked at walmart for like 7 months and miley/hannah montana were everywhere! we'd take old cardboard cut outs of her and rip them up lol.. ugh if shes in the movie im not watching it! thankfully Zac Effron was considered for the movie as well and he declined! WOOT WOOT cuz i cant stand that mo fo either lol

Firstly, I honestly don't know why they eant to remake the movie, it's classic 80's teen drama and any new version will be a "High School Musical" style travesty. But then Hollywood only seems to know how to make remakes these days as they have lost all ability to be original. Now back to the point about Miley. The only role I could really see her playing is that of Rusty, played by Sarah Jessica Parker in the original. I don't think she is a big enough talent to take on the more prominent role of Ariel which was played by Lori Singer. But then I wouldn't consider her in the first place.
