hey whats with the tags, are they separated with commas, commas and spaces, or spaces, i have been doing spaces, but i think its completely wrong, can someone help with this please?

commas, I am not sure if it is written anywhere but I know it is commas...I know this sort of thing can be confusing as some sites like Youtube use spaces....
