What makes culture tick???

Well there's a blurred sense of right and wrong in any culture so i guess no matter what, it will tick. Some people may see other people's culture as wrong but there's nothing they can do if these set of people find it right and that's what they believe in. The only thing that can stop them is the law, but sometimes law can't do a thing right? Because culturally, some people have created a law of their own to follow.
