Do you feel over worked and under paid.

I give 1oo% on my job every day. I have been asked to take on the work load of a supervisor but they do not want pay. What should I do? I don't want to lose my job by saying no and I don't want to feel used.

That's a hard question. But if you are new, I think you can consider it as a chance to learn some working experience. However, if it means you have to take the work load for a long time, then I don't think you can accept it. Maybe you can have a talk with your supervisor. It is just my idea.
