opening my own hyip site, what are the requirements??

I wonder what are the requirements if someone with no programming background like myself want to open a hyip site. I have heard that there is a program called MYSQL but what is it? do i need it on my system in order to open and manage my hyip site? I also heard about hyip scripts which i'm clueless how they fit in here?. Well i heard that you'll need a website and buy domain well this one i guess is obvious but how does the script thing fit in on the website you created and how do you install that script because i heard that they install them? What system requirements do i need to run my site, not say i want to be a server but just to run and manage that site, what is it that is needed and mostly i'm focusing on the script thing and its functionality
