people who don't cover their mouth when they cough is quite rare. i'm not really sure but i haven't seen anybody cough without the reflex of covering their mouth not happening. however, some people don't have a care when they sneeze. i just want to sneeze in front of them without covering my nose or mouth and see how they would like it .

i always try to cover my mouth when i sneeze because then you stop other people catching your germs and i believe its just polite. When people cough or sneeze in front of me without covering there mouths i get annoyed but there isnt much we can do about their habits only our own.

No, I have never forget to cover my mouth when I sneeze. It has been a habit to cover my mouth very automatically whenever I sneeze. It has somewhat become like a reflex action, cover mouth... sneeze... cover mouth... sneeze... It is rude to sneeze or cough in front of somebody without covering the mouth. If someone sneeze or cough in front of me without covering their mouth, I will look at them out of curiousity whether they have forgotten to cover or they do not have the habit of covering.
