how hard??

cmon how hard is it to remember that you used your phone for the last 4 days?
this was the hardest question my customer cannot answer earlier, she was complaining that she lost 8 dollars on her account, when in fact that she had been using her phone all along for the past for days.
she was asking for an 8 dollar credit for services which she clearly used.
she was denying all the calls and text messages that came in and out of her account, when some of those calls was more than 4 minutes and she had like more than 200 text messages used for the last 4 days.
would you have forgotten this kinds of stuffs then call someone up and start shouting at them????

Is it possible to forget? Well someone may forget. You know some people can't remember their own relatives name. There are lots of cases of short time meory loose. May be your customer facing some problem. Or sometimes when you are in sleep and talking to somebody,later you may never remember any talking. It happens sometimes. Or sometimes people do this for fun or poking someone.
