who take care of your baby when you go to work

because there's no one to look after my kids , so i have to stop working and stay at home to take care of my children myself and i think is better to take care of them myself so that i can see every stage of their growing

I am a young mother and I must go to work now,I look after my baby myself for one year ,of course ,my mother helped me during that time.After the one year ,I must come back to school.When I go to school at daytime,my mother takes care of my son.My mother in law has no time ,because she has another grandson to look after.

i dont have children of my own but i have a grown step daughter so i dont have this issue but if i had a child i my mother is gone and my mother in law lives to far away.i guess my siter would care for my child if i was working.

I have three babies and I have worked at times in the five years of motherhood my first child was born while i was still in high school and she went with me to the high school and while I was in class she stayed in a daycare that the school provided to this day my mother works and she gets off at around three in the afternoon and when I am working I schedule my hours when her or the father of my children is not working.(i dont trust my mother in law with them)
