Does classical music really have positive influence on baby's brain growth?

Hello, MyLotters... Some people believe that classical music has a positive influence on baby's brain growth. Do you think so? How come? Or do you think the opposite way... Please share your opinion since I'm gonna have a baby real soon. Cheers and Happy MyLotting.

Congrats on your pregnancy, as far as classical music effecting a childs brain, it is my understanding that they have proven that it does. My children were exposed to classical music from when they were in utero and still we listen to it today, we play it every night during dinner. It is just what we do.

Well, it's my wife who is pregnant :-) Yeah but in what way does it influence the brain? I guess your kids are smarter than the other kids who don't listen to classical music if that is the case. Cheers..
