I took my current job in Feb this year and i will graduate from my university next month.
Why i began my work so early?
Because the agency founder dedicated herself to the charity and i was touched by her deeply. In addition, the NPO i worked in was lack of staff and i became the first person the NPO recruited.
But now,the condition has changed and i found i lost myself.Every day,i was exhausted by all of this chores,in fact,i undertake the most of the tasks of job because of lack of staff. What's worse,i could not get the sense of accomplishment and my mojor value.
What can i do?
I tell myself i could not quit the job for the duty, but i'm so depressed.
Can you give me some advice?

Our job/career takes up a very large part of our hours and our life it day. No one should stay in a place of work, even out of gratitude, when it exhausts and depresses them. Others could take your place. Without you there to cover so many things at once, they could and would hire more staff.
Life is short. You are important! Find something you love.

Thank you very much. You get the point, but may be you don't konw, for its non-profit,the agency didn't have any income before.
It's difficult to recuit others for its low wages.
I will think twice before i make a decision.
thanks.
