Let's just assume that you have graduated and you have submitted bucket loads of resumes to many companies. After some time, a few call you up and ask you to go for the interview. Again assume that there are 5 companies that want to hire you, which one should you choose? Besides the salary, what other aspects should I consider before I commit myself to the company? How to make the right choice?
