Oppose HR848 and Save Black Radio

Contact your congressman and congresswoman and tell them you oppose HR848. HR848 is a bill currently under review in congress which will place a tax on th music radio stations play. hese taxes will be used to pay music artists. These taxes will force many minority owned radio stations to shut down. How do you feel about this? Is it fair to tax radio stations to pay music artists?
