tasty food with clean and attractive environment

In some places i noticed that people cooke very tasty but the din't care about the environment where the serve food. i think 100% of satisfaction will be attain when tasty 50% , clean and attractive serving presentation is another 50%. MAny people concentrated only on cooking tastly but not bother about the others why it so?
