Hi, There's a few ways you can go about it. Many sites actually supply you with all you need in regards to the image and html etc. While I don't use really use blogger anymore, from memory if you go into their layout section you can either copy the html you're given and paste it into a section in the layout part - while it all looks giberish in text once you actually preview it it'll be right - or you go to your template and scroll down to where you want the banner to go and then again just paste it in - once you save and reload it, it'll show up on your page. Other sites might make it a bit tougher for you - you have to save the image first and then upload it to your site/online and then link to it. It's actually pretty easy to do, if you just do a search online for adding linked images etc you'll find the html code you need - again once you have that again you just paste that code in where ever you want the image to go.
