What is your favorite age?
I was not a big fan of the infant phase. Sure, I loved my son and he was adorable but the lack of sleep or personal space was difficult for me to deal with. Now my son is a toddler and I absolutely love this age! I love being able to see his interests coming out and learning more about what he is thinking. I think I'll love it more and more as I'm able to learn more about what goes on inside that cute little head of his. I will probably love all the ages for different reasons, but I'm just curious about whether or not any of you have favorite ages.

I definitely enjoy my teen years. It was the time that I engage myself to different activities. It is my time to know what I really want in my life. It is the time that I enjoy the company of friends.
With my niece, I like her school age. She is now 6 yrs old and we can do a lot of things and we talk about a lot of things now that she is already going to school.

For me I loved the infant stage all the way up to age 3. After that once my girls got older they started getting more mouthier and fresh. I am hoping that they will soon grow out of this stage and move on to better things. I liked it best when all that ever made them happy was being held and sang to. Now that they are 4 and 5 they think they run the show. I still love them more then anything just wish it wasnt so hard.

I really have an appreciation for every age as each has its own distinct behavioral characteristics. However, if I chose a "favorite" it would have to be 3. At three they have a few life experiences to draw from and they are very obvious in their thinking patterns. They ask "why?" because they really want to know why! they don't waste a lot of words. You can usually tell exactly how they got to the question they just asked because their line of logic was clear. Or if you are not sure how they found their conclusionm, or answer, you can ask and they can pretty well tell you how they got there logically.
They laugh a lot and play a lot and think a lot. I love 3!!!
