save money when upgrading your pc

A lot of people are not happy and wish to have more speed and power in their pc. Technology advances very fast these days, what might be decent today may be laughable in two years due to its going out of use.
So it is best to upgrading certain components rather than a whole new system, it is the smart way to go. People still spend money on a top of the line computer that will be discard in three years. I think that is not a wise move. The more you can save you should choose the best thing.

I think upgrading to a middle end computer is more efficient.
Because you get a fairly powerful computer, but still save money.
Mid-end PC's are also more upgradeable.
