Do you respect the police

I think they are ok, I have no problem with them. They are trying to do their jobs, and I would assume that it isn't an easyone. They are only human and do make mistake like everyone else, same goes for hteir attitude, some people are nice, some are rude, police officers are more than their jobs and uniforms.

I respect Police whenever I can, like a post before mine said: they're just trying to do their job. I figure that if I ever get in trouble then I was doing something I shouldn't have.

It's intersesting that the guy from Peterborough says all the cops are dirty. I wouldn't have been surprised it if it was someone from a country known for dirty cops. What I have concluded is that people who dont like cops are usually those who have been arrested for doing something wrong, or been given a ticket, again for doing something wrong.

I only have my L's and yesterday while driving I got pulled over for my first ever breath test. I was freaking out, although I had not had anything to drink. The officer must have seen the panic on my face because he was really nice, lol, I was probably as white as a ghost. Again I will say, a police officers personality is only a reflection of what sort of a person they are in real life. Of course some police officers are corrupt and are criminals, but it is the same with other people. If it wasn't we wouldn't have the need for jails.

some are good and some should not have a badge let alone anything else. some are a real menace and pick on truckies for anything thinking the truckies will just pay the fine and not go to court. I was booked once for nothing so the boss arranged for me to take a trip to that place so I could be in the court on that day ..... if the boss hadn't done that then it would have cost me a day's pay plus load money too. most are just normal people doing their job but some deserve the name they are called.
