How can you say that someone is not that just into you?

Blame me from watching the movie, He's Not Just That INto YOu, for starting this topic and hell did I get a real good laugh and some tears to go with on those touching scenes. Now, I'm beginning to wonder how anyone can say that this certain person just ain't that into you as based to real events in life and not on movies.
To name some from the movie: (when you can say that his/she's not into you)
- he's/she's NOT ever gonna call you (cos he/she doesn't want to see you again)
- he/she doesn't sleep with you
- if he's not marrying you
- if he's sleeping with someone else
Well, this doesn't mean that you should loose hope coz you'll never know when that someone whose into you would arrive...

Well to simplify things, you'll know when he is just not that into you when he takes you for granted. He just doesn't care how you'll feel. You just can't stop him from doing the things you object and he loves. He might still sleep you but that's just it. You're there just because you're there but it's not a big deal if you're not around.

Hi, Well I think a person needs to know when to give up. And what signals from him (or her) that will tell them it's time to let go and to give it up. Some women, and men to perhaps, just don't know when to give up the chase. I mean you got to be able to see the signs and red flags even. I still want to see that movie. My son said it was good. I think sometimes you can learn allot from a movie. Depending, that is. You (or anybody) don't want to waste precious time chasing after someone you like very much when they just don't feel the right way about you.
