traffic sites? And do they work when you promote your sites? I mean, do you get referrals or money in the PTP part of some of your sites? I click at some of those sites but I don´t know if I´m losing my time. I get paid by PTC sites, by Mylot and by pickjack but don´t know a thing about those.

Traffic Exchanges do work!
The reason many will claim it doesn't work are usually not willing to do the work or they are joining the wrong exchange.

god morning marguicha, yes I am a member of many Traffic exchanges and most of them I surf4Cash. Yes, that is right. I surf and get lots of visitors to my sites and are doing to things at the same time, I earn money in the process. Still have not yet had a payout from them...but I am on my way of getting one first payment.
Now, you might wonder how it works if you did not know this..I just surf and win chas during my surfing...thats it.
