reality about christian science

a couple of day past i have been concetration on facts about the christian science and to my surprice i happen to know that . christian science helps alot in life for many who believe in it. i read of how peoples life are changed and many of the testimonies that are published are just encouraging, but there is 1 bit of aspect i got confused with i might need some help of explanation.. i discoverd that christian science is mostly based on healing..only healing now to me healing changes life but does not work alone you need the whole word of GOD the whole bible not selected part of the bible that favour us ..no.. healing is just a gift that can be given to any one including witches unclean people. it just a gift to the selected ..and like rain..on everyone who is there when its raining.. so i would love someone to convice me other wise..
