How to re-open a suspended account in neobux?

Hi I was inactive for 1 month in neobux, now it shows my account is suspended and if I want to re-open then I have to send a support ticket, What is support ticket means? How do I activate my account once again. Pls give me the sugestions.

You will have to contact support. Check the bottom left hand corner and you should see a link where you can request to get your account again. :) Try and see if that works .

my neobux account has been suspended for the ground of tos 2.8. Is there a possibility that my account will be activated again? I understand my mistake.. Please help me...

yep, I also got an accout suspended at neobux, man they are really making it difficult for more unexperienced users and only bring negative image to their business. Come on, son - just open my account, and let me do my thing, Jesus... I did open a ticket though, we'll see what happens...

Hi ava. That happened to my neobux account too because we had encountered internet connection failure for more than a month and because of that my neobux account become deactivated. I send them support ticket and I told them the reason why I wasn't able to my neobux account for that period of time. After just one day they reply to me and telling me that my neobux account is opened and activated again. You will only need to do the same send them ticket, ticket is an email message telling them that you want your account back. After they verified that your really the account holder and you didn't violate any of their rules they will definitely open and activate your account again.

Thanks for the information, I was out of station for a month, so my account is suspended now, I have sent asupport request hope my account will be activated very soon. Good Luck

Hi I too have a suspended account but when i try to go support it still shows me the same message that your account has been suspended for violating terms and conditions anybody any ideas

my account is also suspended by the admin. of neobux but i made a support ticket and have sent to them afterwards they replied to me and the content of the message is the support ticket number. now, i am wondering what is the use of this support ticket number? does anyone can help? thank you... =)
