What photo editor do you use?

The first ever photo editor that I used was Roxio Photo Suite and it was really good. It's very user friendly. Too bad it got corrupted so I had to switch to Adobe Photoshop CS3. CS3 is not really user friendly but it has a variety of functions. Now that I have a new laptop, I'm using Photoshop Elements 7. It's really quite the same as CS3 so I like it too. How about you? What photo editor do you use and what do you think is the best one out there?
