Yep, water makes you feel full for a while but it doesn't mean you can eat nothing. It's a method I use as well in my quest of losing weight. And I must say it works very well considering the amount I already lost.

well if you drink lots of water it can make you feel full so then you dont eat as much. so then you consume less calories and your burning more than wat you eat. And dehydration is caused due to a lack of fluids in your body so its only natural that drinking lots of water will solve this.

I don't know if it is scientifically proven but it does make sense that drinking lots of water would reduce weight. When you drink water, it flushes out toxins and bad stuff therefore helping the body be healthier and helping in being thinner.

I think drinking much water maybe reduce weight. But I don't know this opinion is proved. Drinking plenty of water is good for health, this is true. I think running or doing sports can help reduce weight and make you heathy.

The water itself wont help you reduce weight. But drinking water can help in weight loss! Water doesnt have any calories. So when you replace you drinks that do contain calories (like coffee, soda, and juice) with water, you are effectively reducing your calories for the day! That will help you lose weight!
It also helps to make sure all of the waste is easily removed from your body. And preventing dehydration means that you can do more things. Those will also help you lose weight!

Not technically. But by drinking plenty of water it'll fill you up and hopefully make you eat and drink other drinks less, so you'll be taking in fewer calories. That's why they suggest 2l of water a day (though I hate the taste of water, so I could never drink that much! I make up squash instead)

when you drink ice cold water your metabolism has to rev up to keep your body temperature steady so it does burn calories as well as quench your thirst
