How can we think positive?

I uasually think negatively so I often lose everything. What will I do?

Well, you may find many saying that you need to think positive to get get things right. It is true; but what they forget to include is - to get rid of fear of losing. Have you ever tried it. When you are confident about something you always tend ot get things the way you anted. Like my mother and i have the habit of saying that we have lots of money. Believe it or not, whenever we need money it is there for us. It is liek the law of attraction. Simply stating that we have money will not bring us money. But believing in the statement and being confident that we have money whenever we want is what makes an affirmation positive. Simply said - think (I am) + believe (it will) + confidence (for sure) - fear/phobia (can I)= positive thinking/positive outcome. Try it with shorter goals and then do share with us your experience. Remember you should not have the fear or doubt when you set your goal. :)

hai there, satifaction, happiness, fulfilment- al are as elusive and fleeting as shadows, when we search for them through fame, success and power. yes u can gain all these if u will say "yes" to the dream that god has given u. *go for it! u might make it. *go for it! it might happen *go for it! somebody might be helped by it. *go for it! you might rise from proverty to prosperity. *go for it! somebody, somebody will come to u and say " thank u" to gain more read " self esteem: a new reformation" by texas waco. thanks.

i'm exactly like you. my friends told me every time to think that I'm lucky and lots of people in the world lives in worst conditions! this can be a good thought, but it is not so easy to be positive!

One thing I learned about thinking positively is that you should reorganize your words. Our thoughts are basically a composition of words and based on experienced, I've found out that using the right words have an effect on what we think. Like for instance, instead of saying "I can't do this! I won't do this! I don't want to lose", try restructuring your words by saying "I'll make it today because I believe I have the ability and the skills to do it" or "Everything will be perfectly normal and things would be under control because God is with me" or "I will ace that job interview because I know I have this confidence and capability that not anyone has". Eliminate the words "no" because chances are you'll think of what you don't want to happen. Simply put, you should shift your thoughts into the things you WANT to happen instead of the things you DON'T WANT to happen. Another good advise is to be specific. Instead of saying "It's a good day" why not say "Today is a brand new and great day because I have my wonderful friends around me, I have my loving family, and I'm still breathing perfectly". It's nice to jumpstart your day with these nice words and chances are you'll also end the day positively. you have to basically reprogram your brain.they say it take 10 positive things to tell yourself to erase one negative thing.just try and look at the bright side of things instead of the bad stuff.i tell myself if i cant do anything about the situation right this minute im not going to worry about it because tomorrrows a new day and anything good could happen.things can change in a split second.hope that helps....be happy:)

It's quite common that sometimes we like to think negative. But, negative is not good to us. Just like what you had said, i won't gain anything if you keep on thinking negatively. You must try to think positively, so you will feel your life will be meaningful and more happy. You need to think positive in everything that you do, then your life will changed to the better side. We are to decide what we want in our life. So, start think positive now..

Thinking positive is sometimes overrated. I like to always think the worst because then if the worst DOES happen, I'm ready for it and, if by some twist of luck, things turn out better than it comes as a very pleasant surprise. It's how I, personally, like to view things. I can never be let down because I always expect the worst, I can only be happily proven wrong. ^_^
