How much reality TV do you watch?

I don't really watch a whole lot of TV but it seems like when I do turn the TV on I get all kinds of Reality ...American Idol, The Apprentice, Fear Factor, Survivor, etc it seems that there is more entertainment in real life drama then good old fashioned entertainment. I don't consider myself obsessed but I have seen much obsession with shows especially like American Idol. What do you think is is an obsession and how much do you watch?

The main favorite reality series's I really like are the only 2 reality shows on television that I watch. One is Ghost Hunters, and the other is Destination Truth. I love those shows so much, they are the best I think, and I am sure they are real. I always watch the shows because the people that are in it are very nice to watch, and I have gotten to know them, like most viewers, and they are also fun to watch, and the information from the shows is unbelievable!

I have seen the Ghost hunters and I have to agree that is a pretty good one. I don't think I have seen Destination truth but it sounds like it would be interesting to watch.
