Why did you never tell your true feeling to the one you love ?

If you had an experience when you love someone but you don't have the courage to tell her/him than you are welcome in this post, this is the place for you to list all the reasons behind it.
what exactly are the reason for man not to express his true feeling to the girl he like ? and why is it always the man who propose to the girl ? they said man and women are equal now. will it change someday ?

You already have said the reason: lack of courage.
Of course lack of courage includes lot of other things. For me, I lack the confidence of myself due to my appearance, I am fat, my bad personality, etc. The thing is I also won't like a guy like me, how would others possibly like me?

i have feeling to someone last time, but i never tell him my feeling..this is because i want to remain best friend with him..i scared if i say it out..it will affect our friendship in the future..i dont want to be like that..but sometimes..when i think it back..i really dont like this kind of feeling..when you like someone and not telling him your feeling..its hurt.....
