by changing our habits, we can not only save money but also improve the air quality, so from now on, break with a bad habit, and enjoy energy saving, following what i have done doday:
1. it's around 40 minutes driving from my home to office in the morning, actually, only 11 km distance, today i got up early and left house before 7:30, try to avoid the rush hour, aslo save 20 minutes driving; 2. after charged the cell phone, took off the charger plug from the socket also; 3. when got off work, switched off the water dispenser, otherwise heating the water time and again whole night; 4. switched the printer also.
are you agree with me?do you have any good suggestions share with me?

We try to use energy saving habits as much as possible. If you're buying new appliances, it's always good to look for the energy star label, which saves energy when it's used, too, as opposed to regular ones. Also, try unplugging things when you don't need them. It may not sound like much, but it certainly reduces energy use drastically. My mother saved at least $50 (maybe more, I don't remember) on electric by simply unplugging things when they weren't in use.

I turn on lights only when I need it. Before,I used to leave it open even if no ones in the room, unplugging some appliances when not in use and I bought this plug to your outlet electric saver gadget, yet it works. Also avoid frequent opening of the ref,if you don't need to get something inside the ref.

The things I do to save energy are I keep appliances unplugged that are not being used until I need to use them. I shut down the computer completely. I use the go green lightbulbs all over the house. I wash only full loads of clothes in cold water and have cut down washing to only twice a week. At night I use either just one light in the room I'm in or just the light from the TV. I use the dishwasher either every other day or every third day. This is with a family of 4 and the electric bill was only $31.00. I just wish all my bills were that low.
