my computer was very slow...

May be your net connection is slow.Or you have a virus in your pc.Which making your pc slow. You can use trojan remover and anti virus software to check it. And if still the problem arise then contact with your net provider.

Maybe you should check it to see if someone put a trojan on it or a virus. If you have an anti-virus, run that and see. I use avira anti-vir from Germany and it does a very good job of checking and removing threats. I assume you already cleared your cache. The next thing to do is to see what programs you downloaded, and remove them and reinstall them until you find one that after you remove it the machine speeds up and when you reinstall it, it slows down. That will be the culprit. The other thing is that myLot may be slow, but I doubt it. This is more then everyone getting on and mylotting at once.

I am so sorry to hear that. It is quite frustrating to take 20 minutes to post. If you are using Windows XP Professional, perhaps you can recovery the system when your computer still worked fine. It is the easy solution. I love China

Hi friend, One reason behind it is that about Internet connection might be slow.The next is your system might affected with virus or cleaning the temp files and cookies.After doing that you might overcome the slowness of your system running. have a nice day

i have same problem with my computer,it is very slow and sometimes i am anxious and angry,but i have no other way,because my computer is ver old ,it system need to change

In technical view, some simple troubleshoot will reveal the real problem from the hardware to the software, or maybe from the internet service provider itself. Better look at each for better solution. Some would suggest buying new system, upgrade certain hardware, change ISP, install/uninstalled sofware and many other things. Whatever it is, when it comes to the problem, there is a symptom that we can diagnose for the cause in early stage. At least, is the best client can do... If you could describe more symptom that you face is really for others give opinion...

hi marketing07..i hope your computer is okay now..but i have some tips you can practice if the problem not solve yet or use this info in the future.. 1]Do you use any anti virus software?make sure your anti virus is up to date and prefer do a daily scanning.. 2]Clean up some space in your C drive..delete unnecessary file.. 3]Scan disk for error and after that defrag your drive using Windows Disk Defragmenter.. you can try this marketing07...hope it will help.. Well if your computer is realy slow there probably these issues,a virus in your computer, overladed pics or downloads, loss of memory. if its not a virus and its just your computer acting funny, you could fix this easily some type of computer service pack. like how windows has a service pack 1,2, and 3 which I use to use. it actually made my computer alot faster, its alot quicker when access the internet.
