Not likely. The only way the drops would help would be if your dog had an eye infection. And it's most likely that the dog didn't suddenly go blind. Iy most likely happened over time, you just didn't notice. Dogs adapt much quicker, and better, than humans do. Your dog will live just fine being blind.

NO trust me. my friend has a blind dog and that thing is blind for good.

eye drops don't do much of anything for a blind human so they probably won't helkp the blind dog
