I have a high expectance toward myself. Therefore ,I put a great deal of pressure and I am quite strict with myself.
When I am not doing what is beneficial for my studys or,to put simply ,when I am involved in something meaningless,I am quite easily get upset, impatient and anxious. The ideal situation I conceive is I can tiredlessly continue working for hours.
In order to make big,I have long been ready to give up those once attracted me so much. But now,I really have difficulty handling pressure. So I'd like to consult you all;how do you handle stress and fulfill your aspirations?

Sounds like you put a little too much pressure on yourself. Life can't always be about studies. You need to do a little "meaningless" things once in a while like go for a walk and relax, otherwise the stress can affect your health and it's really not good for you.
I love working towards my ambitions in any way possible, but I also realize that achieving my goals is only my second real ambition. My first ambition is to live in the moment. Ever since I was 8 I vowed that I would both look towards the future and anticipate future goals and problems, but I would also focus primarily on enjoying every day as it comes and finding that balance between the two. You see, my cousin was killed by a drunk driver when I was 8 and she was only 18 with great ambitions, had just chose a college, was getting serious with her boyfriend, had her whole life ahead of her, and it was taken away in the time it took for someone to make the bad decision to drive while drunk.
So, while I salute you for having the perseverance to adhere so strongly to your goals (trust me, it's quite miraculous that you can since so many people have a hard time doing it, myself included), I'd also recommend that you take the time to plan at least 15 minutes of relaxation a day. :)
And as far as handling stress go, I just take 3 big breaths, count to ten, and imagine all the stress in me as a physical form flowing out with each exhale. That and I usually go for a nice long walk so that I can bond with nature and relax. Or, if all that fails, then I take a short time out and listen to some music. ^_^
