what are the difficulties in ur job?

I work in the computer field maintaining computer systems and making sure that everything is working for our clients. But being one of a handful of guys to support over a thousand clients gets pretty demanding and also a little bit stressful. Some days I'm running around doing one thing to the other which is alright for me and makes the day go by faster but on the downside it can be stressful and really tiring and on some days that it is quiet we wait for work to come in. In my workplace, it would be difficult to work individually but we would each take a call that needs to be done and work on it individually but as a team we do get a lot of work accomplished.

The only difficult part in my job is my immediate boss. He is just impossible. don't do the work and feels that we are also not doing anything. He feels that he is always right as a caption "Boss is always right"...but no one in my branch likes him just because of his behaviours towards his staff and work.
