I remember at a point in my life that I was strictly a vegetarian after reading at how beneficial it is to our health but after a while to be honest I couldn't do it without eating meat. Now I do have a strict diet because I believe my health is something I have to take good care of and to ensure that I am healthy. I do eat meat like chicken and fish because those are the healthier meats but I do make sure that I keep it in moderation. But I love eating salads, leafy green vegetables are full of vitamins and are very good for health and making sure we are keeping our insides clean and illness free.

Hi there. I recently went through a phase (for about 18 months) where I just didn't want to eat meat - although I ate plenty of fish. I had no reason for doing this, other than that was what my body was telling me to do. Therefore I ate plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. I still eat loads of fruit and vegetables, even though I have started eating meat again.
It is important though when eating vegetables that salt is added to the cooking water - and preferably natural grey sea salt. Without sodium chloride (salt) the benefits of all those lovely fresh vegetables are cancelled out. The vegetable water easily dissolves the salt and minerals, and so in that way the body receives its required sodium. If the body does not receive sufficient sodium, it naturally craves more vegetables in an attempt to find it, with the end result being that you eat more than you need, but don't get the benefits, and what's more, the kidneys suffer because the moisture content of the vegetables cannot be properly processed.
So therefore, a little natural grey sea salt in your vegetable water will help to keep your kidneys functioning properly, allowing them to process all the water content of the vegetables, and you won't need to eat as much!Keep healthy - enjoy your veggies!

No I am not, But I got a dear friend who is a vegeterian and she keep on telling us that it is so good being a vegeterian, yet she admits that when she was abroad she was eating non-vegetarian foods too. So I prefer to be someone who enjoys every food.;-)
