i especially quote this favorite lines from someone that perhaps the most important realization that an individual can make is their quest for personal growth is that there is no single formula that defines the path to personal success. We all have different goals and priorities, which means that different activities and attitudes will make us feel good about ourselves. We also have different natural strengths and weaknesses that are a part of our inherent personality type. How then, as individuals, can we feel successful in our lives?how do you contribute for your personal growth?

I feel each person needs a job, even if its a really rubbish job it still gives them a small purpose and money.
I exercise everyday, because it make me feel more confident with myself, and eating healthy makes me feel better on the inside.
Lots of people smoke and drink and eat fatty foods becuase they say it makes them feel better, but I found that healthy eating and exercise makes me feel so much better than when I used to Smoke, drink and eat rubbish food.
And in the year that I've given up I've felt so much better in myself, I've become a more confident, happy person.
So I think the best way to contribute to your own personal growth is to look after yourself and your body and you'll see how much of a difference it makes.
