Why My Referral Earnings are not added in My Neobux Account

Ho to All Mylots! i have joined the neobux(the more trusted PTC site as claimed)today i have got a refferal(my Friend).he has clicked all the ads but when i open my neobux accout it dosent show not my refferal nor the earnigs by him.why it is happend.if the neobux not pay the referral earnings to us?or their is some other problem.please share your experince.
